Bio:
A retired librarian, Cindy Vallar is a historical novelist, freelance editor, and book reviewer. She is also the Editor of Pirates and Privateers, a monthly column on the history of maritime piracy. She is a member of Historical Novel Society and the author of their Historical Novels Reviews’ editing column, “The Red Pencil.” Her historical fantasy, “Rumble the Dragon,” appears in the short story anthology, A Tall Ship, a Star, and Plunder.
