Worldbuilding-Setting A View From the Overlook--Writing Active Descriptions with Kathy Otten

Very informative, with clear examples for every aspect Kathy taught. Even some useful insight into handling POV shifts. Only four stars because I do feel the instructor did not really connect with us. She seemed uncomfortable on camera, which made me feel uncomfortable watching her.
If you are a newer writer, then your rating will be much higher and you should DEFINITELY watch this. I rated it average because I was looking for fresh, new insight. My writing critique group is pretty good about hounding me on the show-don't-tell and active verbs stuff. On the other hand, her examples were excellent in terms of illustrating the differences between showing and telling, etc. I will probably watch this again just to pause the recording and write down her before/after examples.
