Our workshop will present three tiers of worksheets that will guide a writer through brainstorming, character development, and character-driven plotting. Our worksheets will help writers reveal character growth and keep their focus on the developing relationship between the hero and heroine.
Tier 1 – Brainstorming: Our brainstorming worksheets will help the writer harness their initial excitement for their story idea and the characters. Tier 1 is designed to be thought provoking for writers both who start with characters or those who start with plot.
Tier 2 – Down & Dirty Character Development: Tier 2 contains a series of worksheets that help writers get down and dirty with their characters to ensure the story hinges on the their character growth and the developing romance.
Tier 3 – Character Plotting: Tier 3 revisits the information from the previous worksheets. The Scene Possibility worksheets help the writer brainstorm and organize scene ideas. The resulting scenes are the building blocks for a plot that is guaranteed to satisfy romance readers.
