In 2015, on a whim, I decided to participate in NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) and I haven't put the pen down since.
With help and encouragement from the Pacific Northwest writing community, I am pursuing my passion to write multi-cultural romance with diverse characters. This passion was further borne out when I founded Writers for Diversity (facebook.com/WritersforDiversity), a community for writers who are interested in creating diverse characters and worlds.
I am a proud member of RWA, GSRW, RCRWA, and CIMRWA. And, I am a former board member of Mixed Remixed, an art and literary festival celebrating the mixed experience (mixedremixed.org).
