I currently live in the Orlando area with my husband; we don't have any pets, but we do have an 18-inch lucky cat statue, so I think that counts. By day, I work for a digital marketing agency, where I do a lot of SEO copywriting for our clients. Before that, I was the producer for a local CBS affiliate station in Fort Myers, FL.

My first story was a Harry Potter fan-fiction when I was a kid and I have been hooked on writing ever since. My fanfic days inspired my career choices, leading me to earn my Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Florida Gulf Coast University, where I graduated cum laude in 2015.

My creative passions don't stop at writing. I'm a cosplayer who volunteers with The 501st Legion, a group of screen-accurate Star Wars cosplayers that partners frequently with The Make-A-Wish Foundation and similar local charities. I also enjoy dressing up as superhero and anime characters for local conventions (which is how I met my husband!) and on TikTok for my 21k followers.
