Kaye Spencer, and her other writing persona Debra Hall Ownbey, writes sweet to steamy romances from her basement paradise in a small, rural Colorado town in the heart of the infamous Dust Bowl region. While drawn to cowboys and the Old West, all genres are within her story-crafting realm. Kaye tends to break into spontaneous singing from 'Phantom of the Opera' and 'Les Misérables'. She is afflicted with ACD—accumulative cat disorder—to which there is no known cure. Kaye refers to herself as a crafter of stories, a lover of words, and a hopelessly hopeful romantic.
