Morissa Rubin is a graphic designer and author/illustrator. Dot Dot Polka Dot is her debut book. Her work has been recognized by the National Endowment for the Arts, the American Institute of Graphic Arts, and Graphic Design USA. She received her BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design and her MS from MIT’s Visible Language Workshop. She lives in Sacramento, California where she teaches typography and other design courses at UC Davis and Sacramento State University.
