I don't know if this is related to the previous issue, but I keep getting emails from Savvy support with messages like this:

Template Compilation Error
email:classreg_watched_category_classreg_class - Container key 'prefixes.class' was not found in /home/savvyauthors/public_html/community/src/XF/Container.php:43

I keep getting the error messages, too. I've tried on different days, most recently today - 8 17 19. I haven't gotten a confirmation either. Thanks!
