Help!!

(1) I have yet to receive my refund for the Writers Conference I paid for, despite the promise.
(2) I have asked on numbers occasions to be removed from all emails from Savvy Authors - to no avail.

I hope your new site turns out better than the former, but I would respectfully ask that my wishes regarding the above, are respected and fulfilled.

JT - you are not the only one. I've also been waiting for a refund, which was supposedly sent to Paypal but then failed to be completed. I've also asked multiple times for my refund and believe I have been more than patient as it is now the last day of September, well past the original 8 weeks we were supposed to wait.

I'd appreciate getting this matter resolved as quickly as possible.
