I have a question about PitchFest.

The rules say that most agents/editors look for a 3-line pitch and that we should do research to know what they look for. Where should we be able to find this info? I've made a list of the agents I want to pitch to, but their websites don't say anything about the length of a pitch.
Hoping to find an answer here, as I really don't want to pitch them something outside of their requested length.

I saw it somewhere, but when does PITCHFEST start? 9 am PST, CST, EST? So far agent names are not active. I assume they will be when pitching starts.
