How do I get my last name to show?

Only my first name shows up next to my pic. I've looked everywhere I can think of, but can't figure out how to get my last name to show up as well. Both names are in my information box. Any ideas? Thanks for any help!

That's probably the name you log in under. To change it, you'll need to message Leslie Dow. She can work with you on it.
