As I replied to you in Facebook and by email, we are a pretty small crew here.
We do not have full-time support 24/7.
We do promise a 24 response, it's in the TOS and the Help. I replied to you this morning as soon as I logged in at 6AM CST. I don't know what an unauthorized refund is. You...
Hi Connie! Welcome to SavvyAuthors! We are a quiet but determined crew of writers! There are lots of romance writers and a pretty good crowd of UF and Spec Fiction.
During this month-long class you will have written and edited half of a novel-length book—without breaking a sweat. Join SavvyAuthors’ Dawn McClure to learn the Writer’s Secret Handshake. It’s a simple process that will have you churning out a book every three months—while only working on...
Welcome! I think we are all in a holiday daze right now. I'm here posting events for the new year and thinking about a multi-book series I promised @Dawn_McClure I would plan out before the first of January! I have a premise...maybe..have to think on it more! :)

Hi Laura! Welcome to Savvy! I hope you are participating in the Pitchfest! Lots of activity around here this week. We also have a Nano Bootcamp starting up on the 1st!

The agents can respond in the pitches, some do and some do not. In about a week after the end, we publish a list of requests both on the site and in our newsletter. So you will definitely know by then!
The pages are linked from each of the agent or editor bios in the list of agents and editors:
Agents: Agents confirmed for Pitchfest
Editor:Editors and publishers confirmed for Pitchfest
And both are linked via a main pitch page with information about the rules etc...
