Hi ladies!
I am in the process of setting up a challenge for the next 5 weeks in our mentoring group. The challenge is to follow along every week of the challenge and do the challenge 80 percent of the time. So, if you perform the challenge 5 or 6 days out of 7, you have won the challenge!
During these closed in times, writers are struggling to say connected and focused. That is understandable. But as I got reflecting on how I can help all of us write more during these unfocused times with more people at home and kids too is to set some challenges each week to encourage you to write more than you did previously. And if you are writing now, then you will get five out of five stars for every week of the challenge. The person with the highest score will win a book that I will mail out to you.
The reason for the five-week challenge
During these stay-at-home times, how do you want to look back on this time for you? Do you want to say, I wish I used this time more productively? Or, I wish I had written more, and perhaps finished that book or wrote a good part of it? I hope not. Instead, I am here to ensure that you will say, Wow, I got so much writing done! I am SO SO glad to have had this time!
Think of this 5-week challenge as your weekly dose of motivation, inspiration, and cheerleading. Think of me as your quarantine coach, popping in and saying Its time to write and make a big difference in your productivity this year.
Each week, I will be giving you actionable tips and tricks to motivate you to write. Each week, I will send you an email reminding you to write by reorganizing your priorities so that you can get those words written.
This challenge was created to get you writing. So, are you ready to get a lot of writing done? All you have to do is sign up for the challenge and keep adding up those stars.
Ready?
Okay, sign up below just by telling me that you are in!
Okay, see you in the description for the challenge for Week 1.
