I hope you are feeling better Caren!

My writing goals:

1. Write 12,000 words for the week for Bootcamp (write 5 to 6 days out of week/ 1 or 2 days off)
2. Sprint in early AM with Kathy & Kathleen. This is really helping me and I have found I do better and am not as tired in the morning.
3. Writing Challenge -- Is still to write words for my blog. I am lower this word count goal to 50 words a day. I am having trouble doing this and I know it is partly because I am getting used to writing daily and I'm writing 2, 000 or more on my writing days for bootcamp. So, I'm tired out by the end of the day when I had planned to do blog writing.

I'm not listing this as a goal but I know I'm way behind on group lessons. I might have to catch up later as I am able to when not tired. :) I do read the lessons weekly though.

Personal:
1. Daily walk outside five or more minutes
2. Minimum of 1 caffeinated drink daily in A.M.
3. 3-4 bottles of water daily
4. Stretch and walk in between writing sessions
5. YaY Me Planner/ Journal/Gratitude - Especially use the journal to deal with external stress that I have no control over. Yay Me planner is really helping uplift my mood. :) It is easy, fast, and fund to do on daily basis

OK, hopefully tomorrow's snow won't close schools in Arlington for DAYS..... but here are my goals:

Writing (Thriller Project):
- submit to Rachel (my agent) for feedback (**sent it out this morning)
- address revisions/tweaks from Rachel (later this week)

Dive into the assignments and get on track with the group's work
Read and give feedback on two more contest entries (I'm a judge in my chapter's contest this year)

Business:
Get more user feedback on www.jennapenrose.com so I can build a site that is user friendly and looks good on desktop and mobile.
Pinterest: add another subject board (maybe health/fitness for those of us just starting out). Add 5 new pins to each existing board.

Personal:
Meet the 10,000+ step daily goal each day
Get up and move every hour when "electronic overlord" buzzes on my wrist
Drink 3 bottles of water at work (instead of other drinks)
Limit myself to 1 serving of ice cream this week (and not substitute other dessert) *this will be the hardest

I'm BACK!!! After being sick, getting booted off the Savvy Site, having my Premium membership not transfer to the new site, losing access to Irene's group, and dealing with a sick hubby and three sick kids, I am finally on the right track again. Whew! I was beginning to think the world had turned against me...

Okay... my goals for this week are...

Health Goals
1 - Re-start Diet. I was doing great until I got sick. So, I am back to counting calories on my "Lose It" app. It works... and I'm able to lose two pounds a week by tracking my meals and calories.
2 - Exercise. I won't be able to do my two mile walk every morning until my cough subsides, but I am going to start with half a mile and add a bit each day. I'm also not going to go back to yoga or swimming until next week or until I'm feeling better.
3 - Now that Lent has begun, I am giving up fast food until Easter. That has to improve my health, right?!

Writing Goals
1 - Say something positive about my writing career everyday.
2 - Keep up with accomplishments calendar. I award myself a colorful star when I meet my daily goals... if I have a productive day, the day's square is covered in a rainbow of colors!
3 - Write 1000 words a day on Prism. 1K a day!!!
4 - Send two queries for Misty
5 - Russian Class
6 - Attend Sprints
7 - Attend Irene's lecture
8 - Do Irene's class/homework/set goals.
