There are many types of posts that you can use to write a blog on your website. In this blog, I will show you how to write a list article.
One of the most popular types of posts is the list article. The name of the type of post actually gives away the structure of the blog. It must be a list about a certain topic or a list to solve a problem that you pose.
Your reader will love list blogs because they are easier to read than blogs with paragraphs. Therefore, you must have the word list in the title of your post.
Here are a few examples of good titles for list articles:
20 Amazing Facts about Sicily
15 Reasons You Should Stop Smoking
10 Reasons You Should Outline Your Novel
7 Tips for Planning Your Next Vacation
10 Reasons you should Lose Weight if you have a Chronic Condition
From these titles, the reader can tell right away that it is a list article, and they are more likely to stop and read it.
Next, the basic structure of your list article should be as follows:
1. Introductory paragraph
2. Your list of items
3. Concluding paragraph
4. Call to action (You can include this in your concluding paragraph or have a separate paragraph. I usually have it in a separate paragraph for more of a punch.)
If you wrote a list article and didn’t follow these guidelines, you may want to go back and revise it.
