Writing for the long-haul vs. Impatient - Yes to both!
Do you create unrealistic outcomes for completing your projects? If so, how? - I think I'm improving in this regard by recognizing the need for different steps, outlining/planning, drafting, editing, revision; though I'm still learning how to predict better when I'll need to shift back and forth between these
Which of the five tips to achieve a writing goal slowly can you incorporate into your writing life? - I am good at timing-flexibility and non-linear progress I don't particularly like delayed gratification (too impatient!) but I do work well with future-rewards to work towards (which seems similar, but instead of focusing on the delay, I am thinking future-forward). I most enjoy immersing myself in the present-moment of writing when I am able to put all distractions aside!
Do you write authentically? - I think so!
What are some obstacles to your writing authentically? - thinking about the market over personal writing preferences and interests
Do you merely rely on motivation to complete projects? - I try to manipulate my motivation Internal-willpower alone I find not-enough; I have to spur myself with external motivations.
