Sleeping late
Playing computer puzzle games
Running errands before I write
Using frustration, such as delays on the house, as an excuse not to write
Checking social media before writing

  1. The three most important bad habits I want to replace with good ones are:
Sleeping late
Playing computer puzzle games
Checking social media before writing

  1. I’ll replace my top three bad habits with:
Sleeping late – Set the clock for 7:30 and get up
Playing computer puzzle games – Play at end of day if I’ve met my daily goals
Checking social media before writing – Check social media once at end of day

  • Being distracted when you sit down to write

  • Not being able to choose what to do when you sit down to write
  • Not knowing your 3 main writing goals and working to achieve them, they are starting to pile up.

Not being able to choose what to do when I sit down to write.
  • What will you replace your bad habits with? List your bad habit, than underneath replace it with a good habit.
Not being able to choose what to do when I sit down to write. Plan the night before and go over my plan in the morning
Not knowing my 3 main writing goals. Sit down and analyze where I am
Taking on way more than I should. I have to back off on helping others until I can get myself back on my feet.
