Here is my sprint schedule for next week:

Monday: 12 noon to 4 pm EST
Tuesday: 12 noon to 4 pm EST
Wednesday, 12 noon to 4 EST
Thursday-off
Friday, 11 noon to 1 pm EST
Saturday, 1 noon to 4 pm EST.

I am also doing evenings sprints from 7 to 8.30, Monday through Wednesday.
