Business 2022 Sweetheart Pitchfest

I found the instructions clear and the caliber of the agents/publishers to be excellent. So glad someone in my writing group posted the event!

I've been a member of Savvy Authors for several years now and haven't regretted it. The Pitchfests are one of the best things about the site. Pitching to editors and literary agents? Fantastic.

I learned about Savvy Authors on the final day of the pitchfest. I like the format used - far better than a Twitter Pitch Event. I like the bios of the agents and editors who participated and the information about what each was looking for upfront. Hope to participate in the event again.

The pitch was well run, the needed information was easy to find. I hope to see more agents interested in historical fiction. I would participate again.

This was the first time I participated in the event and I have to say, it was an incredible experience. Not only was I able to get a handle on the types of work my peers are developing, but I also got four responses from agents requesting submissions! So, I would qualify this as an unqualified success! Thank you for doing this for those subscribing to your site.

It was so exciting to read about what the editors and agents were looking for and then figuring out what to submit. I wish more agents and editors participated, seems like an easy way to find clients. I also loved reading the other pitches, I really learned a lot from them. There are so many interesting stories out there! Thank you for this opportunity, I am truly grateful!
