Hi ladies!

It will be August in a few hours.

This month, I have two challenges for you.

First, please keep blogging. I encourage you to set a blogging goal at the beginning of August and then follow through. My goal is to write a blog a week for each of my blogs. What's your goal?

Second, I encourage you to write for a minimum of 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week, for four weeks.

Here are a few tips to consistently write.

1. Many writers find it easy to come to the forum to write. That way, they can write for a certain amount of time and join other writers. This can motivate you to keep writing, even if you don't feel like it.

2. At the beginning of the month, decide on how much writing you want to get done each week to complete your larger goals. For instance, if your monthly goal is to write 4 blogs in August, be sure to schedule time to write your content each week and then publish it.

3. Set boundaries around your writing time. Be sure that your family gives you sometime to write. If you struggle with that, perhaps set a time when you know you won't be disturbed, such as early in the morning or later at night when everyone is in bed.

4. Be sure to give yourself some time away from everything and everyone so that you won't become exhausted. You may have to negotiate with your family for some time. Try to get into the habit of going for a walk or taking a bath daily. These activities can help you regroup and restore your energy so that you can be at your best. And most times your family won't mind if you do these activities.

Have a great week and a productive month. Let me know if you need help. I am here for you!
See you in the forum!
