- Please ask the writers to send anything they’d like — a completed manuscript, a developed pitch, sketches, notes, autobiography... up to a maximum of two pages.
Ideally, one page should focus on the story, and the other on the marketing plan. The marketing plan should outline what they, as the author, would personally do to help bring their book to more readers. - All materials should be submitted to [email protected] with the subject line: Submission – Autumn Pitchfest. Deadline: end of November.
- Please also remind the writers to only submit if they are ready to sign a book contract. Whether or not they are represented by an agent, if we decide to move forward, they should be prepared to do so without any encumbrances.
