Ive tested your permissions on the back end and I can access the bootcamp forums without any issues. Sorry, I know that does not help. :)
I suspect you problems are due to a cache issue, can I ask you to clear your cache and try again?

Just so we are on the same page, you are referring to the bootcamp forums here, right?

Here are some simple instructions for cache clearing.
