Hi there ladies!

Since NaNoWriMo starts in a few days, I thought I would attach an e-book for you to read and refer to all throughout NaNoWriMo. I have used this book quite a bit over the years, and will use it this year too.

For this week's assignment, can you please let me know if you are participating in NaNoWriMo. I would really love if everyone in our mentoring group did something this month to bring their word counts up and to be productive.

If you are, what are your aspirations? Do you want to write a whole 50,000 word manuscript?

Or, would you like to make sure that you write a minimum of 100 words a day, 5 days a week?

Or, would you like to complete some variation of the above?

Please let me know what you would like to accomplish under this thread. By writing it down here, you will be committing to it.

Also, we will be holding regular Sprints starting Monday. I will be here most days from 1:00 to 3:00 in the chat room.

Can anyone lead a sprint?

Let's make November the most productive that it can be. Let me know how I can help be your best.

HIP HIP HIP HORRAY!!!!!!!!!!!! NOVEMBER IS AROUND THE CORNER!

Irene

Irene, I am going for 50k in November on a new story. I'm going to submit the one I've been working on tomorrow and then rest up for one night :).

I'm also leading sprints starting on Tuesday for Savvy Bootcamp at 5am and 6am EST. Not for everyone, but we get a devoted little following.

What are you writing Irene?

Thanks for the book, she's an inspiration too :) Lisa

Hi all,

I am planning to write a new nonfiction manuscript in November and revise another one. I always work on two goals at once.

I intend to write a minimum of 2,400 words per day, 5 days a week.

I will also do a ten hour marathon on the first and last Saturday or November.

That is it for me in November.

For December, I will be sending out 3 manuscripts to publishers.
