Hi all,

What are your writing goals for the week?

Look over the previous week. See what you accomplished and what left undone, and add it to this week's list.

Have fun, and let's end the month on a productive note!(n);)

If I can figure out when the sprints are, I'd like to join them this week and get somewhere on this new project before I have to interrupt it for Story Structure Safari on April 1.

Also, want to get some more lectures in on my social marketing course.

AND...I think it's time I get my Amazon page set up and my GoodReads profile.
Hi Mindy,

The sprints are in the bottom right hand area. However, it is not there any more. So, let's meet to sprint where we meet for our live chat. That is our area to communicate after all. So, we could all meet there.

I hope this answers your question.

what time are the sprints? what days?
Hi Mindy,

I will be setting up the sprint times during our live chat tonight. See you then. And sorry about this afternoon, that we didn't connect. I was in the chat waiting. I may be able to fit you in next week too. Just email me.

Take care,
Irene

I missed the live chat tonight. We were under a tornado watch. All is well, but I couldn't focus on anything else. I, too, want to know when the sprints are. March has been a wash for me, but I'm not looking back. I'm moving forward into a new month and daily writing again.

I hope everyone is doing well and getting a lot of writing done.

Okay, so how I did on my goals:

I got one more module done on my marketing course. And Story Structure Safari has started with a bang. A few of us here are taking it and we are all treading water like mad to keep up. But there to support each other.

I got to a sprint, but it felt like I was writing by myself. And not being able to know if somebody was in chat, chatting with me made it kind of a non-starter for me as far as adding sprints here on this site to my arsenal.

I do miss the ding. And to 'sprint' for hours...just doesn't make sense. Generally, when I sprint with my friends, it's a half-hour, with a timer sent. We text 'go', we text 'stop' and we brag about what we got done and share notes. Then we go back and sprint for another half hour. If we're short on time, we sprint for 15 min.

But here's the thing with Sprints. They are to get a flagging writing life going or inspire when we are feeling alone. So however you can manage a sprint, go figure one out that works and DO IT.
