Hi, I'm Ann McCallum Staats. I have a soon-to-be published website and soon-to-be released new book called Fantastic Flora: The World's Biggest, Baddest, and Smelliest Plants (Candlewick/ MIT Kids Press, May 2025). I've been writing for awhile, mostly nonfiction and am newly agented by Jennifer Unter. Yay! I'm completely passionate about kidlit and am glad to join another community of kidlit lovers.
