Hi ladies,

This is the last week of our challenge. I will have a new challenge for you starting next week which will last the month of June before the July NaNoWriMo.

So, for this week, we are going to put a few of the habits that you already acquired this month together. The last challenge (#4) will be new. But its nothing you haven't heard from me before.

The challenge for this week is to:

1. Write first thing in the day for 30 to 60 minutes.
2. Write 500 to 1,000 word a day for 5 to 6 days.
3. Find 15 to 30 minutes of additional minutes a day to write when you can, unexpectedly. If you are going to an appointment, take your notebook. If you are going to the grocery store, take your notebook. If you are in line, you can take notes or revise parts of your manuscript.
4. Decide what your goals will be for this week, preferably on the weekend or Monday morning. Write your goals down in your planner and schedule them.

Please let me know that you would like to participate in this challenge and let me know how you do by the end of the week.

That's it for now!
Take care, stay home, and write like the wind!

I have been very busy publishing two books in the last week or so. Lots involved with that. But I have written every day = Monday - Saturday. And I've found time to get in some night writing too - not a lot but I've been doing it. I've ordered a new notebook for writing. I felt it was a nice way to reward my efforts from this past week. I am such a sucker for office supplies and the prettier the better. Thank you, Irene, for helping me get back on track with the writing. It feels wonderful and it is so nice to hear from friends who are happy about my progress. I now have 3 more series ideas rumbling around in my mind. My goal for this year is to have 5 books out by the end of the year. I have 2 already and I'm busy editing book 3 with book 4 75% plotted.

Hi Kat!

Congrats with that! This is SOOOOOO exciting!

GREAT job!

Yes, I love rewarding myself with a nice notebook too! They inspire you to write in them. That is how I reward myself too. And yes, Amazon has become my place to shop too. I used to love Staples before the pandemic. But now even going out briefly can give me a sore throat and stuffy nose. So, I stay home.

I love your goal of 5 book before the end of the year!!!!! That's excellent! You are really on fire lady, and I will be here on the sidelines cheering you on every step of the way, and helping you to be your best!

Irene
