Hi ladies,

Gosh, its hard to believe that February starts in 1 day!! Where did the time go?!!

I hope you are completing your goals effectively and to your satisfaction. If not, I am available to chat during our coaching or we can set up another time to chat.

Given that it is the first week of February, please let me know how you are doing with your goals and what your goals are for this month and this week.

Take care, and have a great week!

My goals for this month include writing one short story for submission in a magazine, getting it critiqued, doing the final edit and submitting it.

Am also taking a class in How to Write a Horror Story offered here on Savvy.

For this week, I plan to begin my writing on the new story. Plus, class homework.

I'm working/revising at least an hour daily - smoothing out the gaps/transitions between Acts (having recently cut several subplots) in order to submit the ms. for a beta-read this week. - Also I need to catch up on some lessons/assignments in an online workshop that winds up this week.

For the month - after finishing a broad-stroke restructuring of Act 3 this week, I'd like to tighten up the story-progression of the last 1/3rd's individual chapters. Goal - by March 1st, be satisfied with the overall story and chapters in setting/scope/events, so that in March I can revise on a scene-by-scene level to deepen-characters-and-emotions.
