We understand, sometimes things change and a class you were looking forward to is no longer an option due to your schedule or situation.
Please let us know at least one day before the start of class and we will be happy to give you a full refund. Our classes start at 9 AM.
If you are unable to complete a class and it has already begun please contact us to discuss the specifics of your situation. At our discretion, we may give you credit toward a different class.
Please note, we do not give cash refunds after the class has started.
You may cancel your paid Membership at any time by visiting the Account Upgrades section of your Account.
If you have not used any of the features from your paid membership we will refund your membership up to one year in the past. Please contact Support to request a refund.
