Good basic information. I was excited to learn more about creating and strengthening my secondary characters, and hoped for more interaction with the instructor (due to weather, there were tech issues), examples, prompts or even brief "homework" assignments. This was my first SavvyAuthors class, so maybe I didn't know what to expect.
This scene and sequel class was excellent. I enjoy this instructor and will register for other classes of hers. The lessons are practical and useful. The feedback is very helpful.
Excellent, useful, practical information and wonderful instructor feedback. I recommend this class. I was happy there was a class pdf as well.
It was very nice to have the download of the class. Thanks. As another said missed the homework. I like to have the instructor's opinion on what I am writing. There have been some classes where the feedback has improved my writing. Other than that I really appreciate the pdf.
Great information in the class, and I loved the logical way the class unfolded. I've got a nice template to follow when I review scenes I've written. My only constructive criticism was the lack of homework diminished the value. Without it, I missed the interactive part of Savvy Authors classes that I really enjoy. It helps the information to be used more practically. Overall, though, the class delivered with helpful content.
The lectures are clear and practical, with actionable advice. I've been writing for some time but have never dabbled in romance, and found the course laid out useful romance-specific tips and tricks. I'll definitely consider taking more Cassandra Carr courses in the future.
Wonderful opportunity to learn from someone who's been there.
Thank you for sharing your experience and wisdom.
very good class. I enjoyed it immensely and came away with some very good info to make that determination.
Great information and wonderful examples. Really enjoyed Cassandra's class on Writing Sports Romance. Thank you, Cassandra!
